Release Blitz & Review ~ The Prisoner: A Christian Walker Novella (Replacement #1.5) by Rachael Wade

Release date: July 26th
PURCHASE LINK

***THE PRISONER IS AN ADDITION TO THE REPLACEMENT. IT IS A STAND-ALONE NOVELLA INTENDED TO BE READ AFTER THE REPLACEMENT.

My name is Christian Walker, and Elise Duchamp is my drug of choice.

No matter how hard I try to break the habit, it’s a lost cause. Okay, maybe I haven’t really tried to quit this particular habit. All I can think about is owning her. Making her mine. Can you really blame me? With that sinful body, luscious mouth, and wicked tongue, she’s every man’s dream, and she knows it.

No one is immune to her charm, not even me, a man who has everything—a beautiful wife, an office with a view, and more money than most people can spend in one lifetime. Only I know how to make her toes curl. Only I know her body better than the other men she screws in her free time. None of them can compare to me.

But the joke is on me. I’m the prisoner.

The one who will never compare to him. The one man who makes me see red. His name is stored in her cell phone. It’s the first one she calls out to, the first one she cries for when all hell breaks loose. Ryder Jacobson.

The name makes me cringe.

She loves him, and I love her. In my own way, I always will. But the bad guy doesn’t always belong with the bad girl. Sometimes the bad girl needs a good man to believe in her, to give her that final push toward ultimate transformation. I wish I was that good man. That I could be her happily ever after. I guess that’s the thing about prisoners, though. They’re left alone with their torment, and in the end, they have no one to blame but themselves.

This is Christian Walker's book, people! CHRISTIAN's!!

Sigh...

**Possible spoilers**

“I like what I like. It might be flashy, but it’s what I want. Make no mistake,” I give her hand a firm but gentle squeeze, “same old can be a good thing. When it’s good, it never grows dull.”

While reading the Replacement back in November, I fell in love, well rather, in lust with Christian Walker. No, he wasn’t the main Hero in that book, but his persona was very hard to ignore. He was sexy, hot and insanely Alpha. I wanted more of him and wanted him happy. So when I heard the author was going to do a novella involving my beloved Christian, I couldn’t wait. In this novella, his soul is stripped bare and standing before us is a man walking a thin line between lust and love.

She’s the epitome of true female sexuality – the stripped down, raw, honest kind. Every woman wants to get fucked in an alleyway like a three-dollar hooker. They might not all admit it, but the truth is they love getting dirty. Dirty equates with desire. Desire means reckless abandon. And every woman, nun and porn star alike, loves to be immersed in desire. Everyone wants to be wanted.

If you didn’t already know, this novella is an elaboration of Christian’s time with Elise and not of him finding love after her. We watch as his struggling marriage crumble, while his obsession with Elise grow. We also witness the inevitable downfall of their arrangement/relationship. My heart broke even more for him. Will he ever find happiness?

She’s the perfect angel for me – just as dirty, just as daring.

A few points of caution before picking this up:

~ This is not a standalone and must be read after you read the Replacement, otherwise you might be lost.
~ If you have read Elise’s story but not a fan of Christian, then this story might rub you the wrong way only because we see Elise more with Christian than of her and Ryder. With that said, I can safely say that this book was insanely HOT, like, video-camera-and-multiple-partners-type of HOT! Damn!
~ Lastly, there really isn’t a happy ending, per se, but more a of hope for happiness for my beloved Christian.

I loved this novella, even though we all know he doesn’t get the girl. I just wanted a little more of Christian Walker and I’m forever thankful that Ms. Wade decided to give us just that.

The Replacement will be free 1 day only on release day!

*Contains sexually explicit content and mature subject matter, including language and elements of abuse.*

A gritty New Adult drama about a young woman’s self-destructive quest to find purpose, self-worth, and love in a broken world.

My name is Elise Duchamp. I’m twenty-three years old and I’m known as the town whore.

No, not the kind who exchanges sexual favors for money. The other kind. The kind who gives it all away for free, whenever and however she likes. I am that girl. The one everyone whispers about and the one none of the girls seem to like, because all of their boyfriends either want to sleep with me or already have. Promiscuity is my thing—the kind that slowly, violently turns my insides black, but gives me something I need.

All things considered, I’m not completely reckless. I’m safe, and contrary to popular opinion, I do have a heart. I live in a world of careless choices, and with those choices come careless people. I cannot judge them, because I am one of them. I too bow down to the altar of the self-serving. I am not a good friend. I am not and never could be anyone’s girlfriend. I’m convinced any goodness in me shriveled up and died long ago.

But I am a replacement. That is something I know how to be, and this is a story of the lengths I’d go to in order to keep it that way.

The one thing she can't deliver is a captive from slavery.

Until him.

And her stubborn slave thinks he can deliver her...from herself.

4.75-5 Stars

Shock has a way of rousing attention.

It’s official. Pam Godwin has become one of my go-to authors. I LOVED her previous book, Beneath the Burn, and was anxious to read her next novel. This did not disappoint. The premise of the story is unique and very intriguing; there was no way I could pass it up.

She trained them. She delivered them. And after?
They were dead to her. They had to be.

Liv, at first glance, seemed like complicated character. She’s gritty, badass, and has a don’t-fuck-with-me attitude. But beneath that armor lays a woman with a simple mission: Keep her mother and daughter safe. In order to do so, she must play her role as a deliverer. She hunts, takes, trains and then delivers. That’s the only way to ensure their safety. So far, she’s been able to live this way, until her next captive, Joshua Carter, completely changes the game.

He was the strength and heart of the most dangerous jump. He was the soul of bravery wrapped in chains. He would never fall, no matter how much metal weighted him down. He was a man who loved selflessly and honestly, and she was taking him to a monster who would slice him open and fuck the incision.

Joshua Carter’s life was paved with rules, religion, and beliefs. He’s the epitome of the good-ole-wholesome boy next door. To Liv, he met all the requirements the next buyer wanted. She knew taking Josh was a risk, especially since he was a very well known football star, but she had no choice.

Josh was tricked and the next thing he knew, the life he knew was stripped away. He was now in the hands of Liv. His future unknown. What he didn’t expect is to connect with his beautiful captor. He knows there’s more to Liv’s story than what she presents. He won’t make it easy on her and is determined to find the inevitable crack her armor.

Her fingers grabbed the hair on the back of his head and yanked, exposing his neck. Her lips caressed his ear, and his penis throbbed. “Stop. Grinding. Your dick.” She released him a shove. “Kinky fucker.”
Crack.

I was going into this wondering, “how in the hell is this situation going to work?” It seemed the story was cut and dry and that both the H/h were stuck between a rock and hard place.

Boy, was I Wrong.

This story had a lot of twists and surprises. It amazed me that the plot was so mercifully crafted to make this a very engaging read. I wanted to know how the author was going to make this situation work. I was constantly on the edge of my seat. I will warn you, there were a lot of cringe-worthy-creep-the-hell-out-of-me moments (i.e. I will never look at a potato sack nor a wooden coffin and not be freaked out ever again), but the story wouldn’t have had the same effect without it. I had complete faith that Ms. Godwin would deliver a fantastically dark story, and Deliver she did.

Beats (Hard Rock Harlots #2) by Kendall Grey

Book 2 in the Hard Rock Harlots Series

WARNING: BEATS is specially formulated for horn dogs, porn oglers, smut peddlers, BDSM junkies, M/M and M/M/F addicts, DP dabblers, and lovers of A2M backdoor sexy times. If you don’t fall into these categories, can’t stomach hot man-on-man action, or if you have no idea what the above acronyms mean, please back away from BEATS now. This isn’t the book you’re looking for. Failure to heed this warning could inadvertently throw unauthorized users into a persistent vegetative state, or at the very least, require administration of a defibrillator to the chest and/or groin area. Nobody wants that.

For months, shy drummer Jinx Hardwick has been silently crushing on her tall, dark, and scary bandmate, Toombs Badcock. Drawn to his frightening ink and scars, she yearns to uncover the shadowy secrets lurking behind his silver eyes, but Jinx is too intimidated to even look at him, let alone talk to him. When she stumbles upon Toombs and their manipulative lead guitarist Rax in a compromising position, Jinx realizes her chances of winning Toombs’s heart aren’t just a long shot—they’re nonexistent. To make matters worse, Jinx’s family needs her at home. She’s about to back away from it all—Toombs, the band, her dreams of fame and fortune—when Rax makes her an offer she can’t refuse: a no-holds-barred night alone with Toombs. There’s one small catch. She has to go through Rax to get it.

“Anybody can have sex. It’s a primitive bodily function. Hey, cock, meet pussy. Insert, agitate, release. Love is completely different, much more complicated animal. Love is like music. You have to work at it. Love is ugly and dirty and painful sometimes. But it can also be pretty fucking awesome once you figure out how to play the right notes to the right rhythm.”

I absolutely loved Strings, book one of this Hard Rock Harlots series. I loved the bluntness, the dirtiness and the overall crude humor of it all. So when this came out, I just had to have it. However, fans of Strings should be aware up front that this is NOT Strings. Letty is her own entity in that story, do not expect Jinx to be the same way.

Letty pinches my cheek. “You’re so fuckin’ cute, Jinx. I’ll tell you what I think, percussionist. You’re happiest when you’re beating on shit. So why don’t you get it over with and beat Toomb’s meat?”

Jinx is her own person, almost the complete opposite of Letty. She’s shy and isn’t the in-your-face type. She has loved her band mate, Toombs, since she first laid eyes on him. At one time, it seemed that Toombs was into her as well, but their connection took a slight detour when Jinx saw Toombs in a compromising situation with their other band mate, Rax. Things were definitely strained between Toombs and Jinx, especially when Rax is in the picture. Things definitely get a lot more complicated.

What an ironic clusterfuck. Toombs loves Rax, Rax loves me, and I love Toombs. And none of us has enough sense to run away from the burning building before the flaming rafters crush us all.

Wow. This story just got more interesting when Rax was thrown in the mix. Interesting in both a good and a bad way. Toombs and Rax have been friends for a long time. Toombs has certain needs, needs that Rax can fulfill and has always fulfilled. His connection to Toombs is strong, but Jinx’s pull on him is slowly weaving its way into his flesh as well. When Rax sees this connection between the two, he attempts to use it to his advantage. Will Rax ever allow Toombs to have Jinx? Can Jinx share Toombs with Rax? Can they make their relationship work?

“Goddamn it, Gianna.” Another stripe drenches my clit. I slide my finger through it and suck him off. “Goddamn you for making me love you so fucking hard.”

I fucking LOVE Toombs. His sexy-tortured-tattooed soul just grabbed a hold of me and I never wanted to let him go. He was hard man to crack; I just couldn’t figure him out, but once I did, I loved him even more. As for Jinx, I admired her. She is a strong heroine, but her masochistic side was a little tough pill to swallow. I respected that she never gave up on Toombs, no matter how strong his bond to Rax was. She fought the fight and I couldn’t help but love her for it.

As for Rax, well the jury is still out on that one. I’m a bit torn about his behavior, but I’m hoping he’ll redeem himself in the next book. At least I’m hoping the next book will be about him. It will be, right?!

“You’re my brother’s girlfriend, and I’m engaged.”
“I don’t understand.” The anger drained out of me as I moved closer to him.
“I know you don’t, but you need to stay away from me, because I’m not sure I have the strength to stay away from you. There’s something about you…”

I added this book to my TBR a while back, anticipating its release. First off, who could resist this cover? Holy hotness! Second, the series title included the word rockers in it, so you know I couldn’t refuse. So when I searched Amazon and found out it was released, I was all over this.

I tore through this book in one day, but I have to confess that the last 30% of the book got a little annoying and I’ll tell you why in a little bit. For the most part, it was a good read and not as angsty as I thought it was; which was a relief by the way. Sometimes too much angst makes my blood pressure go up and I have no choice but to put it down and breathe. However, this story was actually far from angsty. Believe it or not, there wasn’t really any real cheating involved. Can you believe it? I mean, after reading the blurb, I thought for sure there was going to be an abundance, butnope, nada, zero, zilch -- no cheating. I don’t want to give anything away, but let me just say that the story could’ve been more complicated, and it was, but then again it wasn’t. LOL. Did you get that?

The one huge positive in the story was the Hero, Jack – VERY swoon worthy, and very honorable. Not to mention the fact that the man has got some tattoos and some well placed piercings **smirks**. Another positive is his band mates, Donovan and Reese. Holy shit, these guys are H.O.T. Just so you know, these guys are best friends, who like share things. Get my drift? Hot, hot, HOT! I’m seriously looking forward to their stories.

However, Jack and his crew can only take a story so far. There were a number of things that prevent me from giving this at least four stars. Here are a few minor negatives:

One: This wasn’t really a rock star story. It just so happened that Jack, Donovan and Reese played together. They’re not famous, yet. So I really wouldn’t consider this a rocker story.

Two: Welcome to reasoning behind why the last 30% of the book annoyed me. lol. For most of the story, Thalia, our heroine, referred to Jack as Jack. It wasn’t until later on when she found out he goes by the name of Phoenix on stage. From then on she referred to him by Phoenix. Yea. I wasn’t feeling that name, especially when she was screaming and moaning it. Yep. Definitely wasn’t feeling it.

Three: The reasoning behind the forced marriage was a little extreme, particularly on the bride’s father’s side. When I found out why he was so adamant on having Jack as a son-in-law, I was just like What?! That’s it? Really?! That’s pretty lame. To find out that all this drama was because of that was a bit of a let down.

All in all, the story was pretty entertaining. Plus the steam factor in this story is high on this one, too, so I wasn’t disappointed in that department. I’m definitely going to be on the look out for Reese’s story due out next year. But for now, I hope you guys enjoy Jack’s piercings…oh, umm, I mean… story. :)

Kaleb (Alluring Indulgence #1) by Nicole Edwards

Zoey Stranford might’ve had a crush on the sexy boy next door since middle school, but she’s a woman now, and that crush has turned into a full blown case of lust. So why is it that at twenty nine, her libido decides to ramp into high gear and the only thing she can focus on is the intensely sexy, scorching hot boy next door who is definitely not a boy anymore?

The only problem is that Zoey and Kaleb have been best friends for as long as she can remember. Not to mention, Kaleb and his brothers are working on buying Stranford land to build a new resort, and she’s more than a little hesitant about his intentions.

Kaleb Walker has had his eye on Zoey for close to twenty years, but never before has he considered taking their friendship to the next level, no matter how many fantasies he’s had about her over the years. That doesn’t explain why Kaleb is hell bent on having her – in as many ways as possible.

Kaleb finds himself in a precarious situation. His brothers have nominated him to pursue Zoey’s father about purchasing the land needed to get their new resort off the ground. Finding out that Carl Stranford is on the brink of foreclosure and Zoey might just lose her house and the land, Kaleb now has to convince her to put aside her pride and let him help her.

It doesn’t take long before the flames start burning bright and hot, and the two of them burn up the nights and the days as they explore each other’s forbidden fantasies. But can their friendship survive a business transaction or the new friends with benefits clause? Or will they realize that they’ve been overlooking something much deeper that’s been right in front of them all along?

Warning: This book contains sexual encounters and graphic language that some readers may find objectionable, including, but not limited to m/f/m encounters, anal sex, exhibitionism, and voyeurism. Consider yourself warned! Contains graphic material that is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

“I can’t promise gentle, and I can’t promise I’ll shower you with sweets words. As much as I want to, I’m not that man.”

I’ve seen this book around for the better part of the last few weeks. It’s been taunting me every time I went into my TBR, looking for my next read. I’ve seen all the good reviews and figured, “why not?” Now let me say this now: This book is incredibly HOT! Like make you squirm and gets you all hot and bothered type of HOT. The sex scenes had my jaw dropping and my imagination running wild. If I were to rate the book on the steaminess and sex alone, hands down this would’ve been an easy Five Star read. However, I had to take into consideration the plot too. Yes folks, there was an actual plot in this story, which was good, but nothing too fantastic.

“I’ve waited too damn long to have you.”

Zoey Stranford and Kaleb Walker have been friends for a long, long time. They even went to their High School Prom together, but neither wanted to take it to the next level and possibly ruin their friendship. Plus the complication of Kaleb and his brother wanting to buy Zoey’s father’s land is just another reason to not go there. But like all these friends-to-lovers story lines, something was about to give.

Zoey and Kaleb start out with a kiss, but what they felt after that made them even more lustful for each other. After years of waiting for each other, you know the sparks were going to fly. HOLY FREAKING HOTNESS, did it ever fly! Like I said, the steam in this book is beyond hot…it’s fucking scorching! Plus, Kaleb’s best friend, Gabe, also makes a few appearances and even joins Kaleb and Zoey between the sheets. That just takes it to a whole new level, too. FUCK! Just fucking hot. **Squirms**

In addition to Kaleb, we are also introduced to his brothers: Travis, Sawyer, Braydon, Brendon (who are twins!!!), Ethan and Zane. Each is sexy, of course, and by the looks of it, will be getting books of their own. Yea. I think I’ll check those out, too, when they come out. Call me crazy, but I’m so looking forward to Braydon & Brendon’s story…apparently they have a reputation for sharing women. Shit. I think I just realized that I have a thing for hot Alpha male twins. **Squirms** Sorry, my imagination just totally went astray there. Teehee.

WHEW! Anyway, if you want a really, really smoking hot read with a very predictable plot, this is definitely for you.

The Prince (Original Sinners #3) by Tiffany Reisz

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer...preferably in bed. That's always been Kingsley Edge's strategy with his associate, the notorious New York dominatrix Nora Sutherlin. But with Nora away in Kentucky, now it's Kingsley's chance to take her place at the feet of the only man he's ever wanted -- Søren, Nora's on-again, off-again lover -- until a new threat from an old enemy forces him to confront his past.

Wes Railey is still the object of Nora's tamest yet most maddening fantasies, and the one man she can't forget. He's young. He's wonderful. He's also thoroughbred royalty and she's in "his" world now. But Nora is no simpering Southern belle, and her dream of fitting into Wesley's world is perpetually at odds with her dear Søren's relentlessly seductive pull.

Two worlds of wealth and passion call to her and whichever one Nora chooses, it will be the hardest decision she will ever have to make... unless someone makes it for her....

Fuck it. No amount of stars can truly describe how brilliant this story is.

…I firmly resolve, with the help of Your Grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin ~ Act of Contrition

Holy shit. Holy shit, HOLY FUCKING SHIT! This was brilliant. I’m in utter awe. No amount of words and no amount of stars can describe how much I love this book/series. With each book, Mistress Tiffany keeps getting better and better. I really don’t know how she does it. To me, nothing in the story was pretty or simple, but she manages to completely ensnare me with her words. With her words, the characters she created become real and raw. You start to connect with them. You feel their pain, both physical and emotional. You feel their longing and yearning. She just knows how to paint a beautifully raw story and you can’t help but be immersed in this world. I didn’t ever want this to end.

“When Jesus tells us to love God with our heart, soul and mind, He is telling us that they are three and one, just as the Godhead.” ~ Stearns

The Prince is intense, no doubt. The characters I thought I knew, I didn’t know at all. This book told the three different stories: Søren/Kingsley (Past & Present) and Wesley/Nora (Present). Each story has their own feeling and vibe; their own story to tell. However, the deeper you get into the book as a whole, you start to see patterns emerge and each story starts to collide into each other to create this masterpiece.

NORTH

The crown his parents had placed on his head, even naming him Kingsley, although a less French name had never existed…he’d take off that crown and lay it at Søren‘s feet. And the prince would become a servant and the king a commoner all night long.

Mercy. Merci. Where do I begin to express my feelings towards Søren and Kingsley? I’ve always been hesitant in giving my heart to Søren, but after getting to know him more through the eyes of Kingsley, I can honestly say that I love him. Søren and Kingsley’s relationship, especially as teenagers, shattered me. Their relationship was intense. It was raw, painful, but full of love; it was utterly beautiful to behold. Fuck. My love for Søren and Kingsley cannot be described. They exposed so many things and reading about their struggles and their coming together was so intense. I had to occasionally put the book down because it was overwhelming and I felt it all over my body. My heart was exposed and both men marched right in. Søren and Kingsley…fuck. I love them.

SOUTH

“It’s always a good day when the Prince of Kentucky and the Queen of the Underground come calling.”

**SIGH** My Wesley ♥♥♥♥. I love him. Can you tell? After the ending of The Angel, I couldn’t wait to dive into this. I was on pins and needles reading their story. They have been apart for fifteen long months. How will their relationship change? Will it flourish or is my Wesley headed for another heartbreak?

Wow. What I wouldn’t give to have been Nora in this story. To have Wesley in my arms, worshiping me…**sigh**…Oh Wesley, you certainly have haunted my dreams. Oh. My. God. The intimate scenes he shared with Nora just popped in my head. Fuck me. He has certainly grown into quite a man. **SIGH** I just fucking love him to pieces. When he hurts, I hurt. There were times where I couldn’t understand Nora and just wanted to flog her. Not that she didn’t outright adore him, but I know how he feels about her and I just wanted…I don’t know, a little more. Then again, I’m highly emotional when it comes to my Wesley. It’s my problem, I know. He has the power to make or break me. I beg you, please take care of him in the next book. He deserves to be happy.

To Mistress Tiffany: Thank you so much for writing and creating this brilliant series. This series has become one of my all-time favorites. God has blessed you with such talent and I’m so thankful you use it to create this world. This world you masterfully created is so beautiful and so sensual. I love it. Nothing has compared to it. All these characters are embedded in my heart and soul. I will be anxiously waiting for the release of The Mistress & The Priest.

Many thanks to Harlequin and NetGalley for providing this ARC.

The Angel (Original Sinners #2) by Tiffany Reisz

No safe word can protect the heart

Infamous erotica author and accomplished dominatrix Nora Sutherlin is doing something utterly out of character: hiding. While her longtime lover, Søren—whose fetishes, if exposed, would be his ruin—is under scrutiny pending a major promotion, Nora's lying low and away from temptation in the lap of luxury.

Her host, the wealthy and uninhibited Griffin Fiske, is thrilled to have Nora stay at his country estate, especially once he meets her traveling companion. Young, inexperienced and angelically beautiful, Michael has become Nora's protégé, and this summer with Griffin is going to be his training, where the hazing never ends.

But while her flesh is willing, Nora's mind is wandering. To thoughts of Søren, her master, under investigation by a journalist with an ax to grind. And to another man from Nora's past, whose hold on her is less bruising, but whose secrets are no less painful. It's a summer that will prove the old adage: love hurts.

**Warning: There might be spoilers in this review. Please do not read this until you’ve read the Siren (The Original Sinners #1)**

♥♥ Many Waters ♥♥
Many waters cannot quench love, Nor will rivers overflow it. ~ Song of Solomon 8:7

As I was reading this, I thought about how I haven’t gone to confession in years, not since I attended an all girls Catholic High School. Then as the story progressed, I was thoroughly immersed in this world. I started to form bonds with all the key characters. I fell in love with Nora and her world full of beautiful men. I loved living in her world where even the most perverse thoughts and actions were okay to think about. Certain images formed in my mind and then, finally, I said, “I think it’s high time to go to confession.”

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners…

After I read the Siren, my world was turned upside down. I knew my tastes in books can run on the darker side, and I loved the majority of them. I read many stories that delve into subjects that went beyond my comfort level, but yet, I found myself enjoying immensely because the story was just that amazing. This sequel was just another part of this amazing, dark and sinfully delicious series.

Jeg elsker dig. Due r mit hjerte. I love you, You are my heart.

Love has so many interpretations in this series. There are so many relationships formed in this book. Nora and Soren’s relationship is, of course, intensely raw and greatly misunderstood (Nora, are you proud of all the adverbs so far in my review? lol). To me, book one only skimmed the surface of their relationship. Here, their story was discussed a little more and I found myself starting to understand their bond. Their relationship is unconventional, to say the least, but we cannot help who we love.

Then we have Griffin and Michael. My. God. I loved these two so f**king much. They complimented each other and they formed the sweetest, most affectionate bond imaginable. Griffin is just insanely sexy and I confess, I wouldn’t have minded a piece of that. LOL. He made me laugh and I just enjoyed his character immensely. And Michael. Oh, Michael, you poor damaged boy. I’m so excited that you found someone who will appreciate the wonderful man you’ve become and who will give you the type of love you need. Love these two ♥♥

Lastly, and certainly not least, there is my ♥♥♥♥Wesley♥♥♥♥. I give my whole hearted thanks to the Lord above, and Mistress Reisz of course, that he’s still as wonderful and sweet as ever. Like Nora, I’ve found myself so attached and so in love with him. There’s just something about his charm and innocence that makes him so desirable. God, I love him SO much. I’m so uber excited that the next book will be his story (well at least I hope it is anyway). Possibly bound and blindfolded. Hello I’m smiling from ear to ear just thinking about him.! Whoa. Did I just say that? Whoops. My bad.

I feel like I’ve said so much already, but I haven’t even begun to dive into what went on in the book without giving anything away. Just know that the story did not disappoint what-so-ever. I was thrilled to have been given a chance to read it prior to the release date, but now I’m left hanging until the Prince comes out. I absolutely love this series and highly recommend it to those looking for a great story. This world where Nora resides is one where we can easily immerse ourselves in an alternate world where our deepest fantasies and desires are okay to admit. Come in with an open mind and open heart and you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Harlequin Publishing for giving me the opportunity to read this fantastic and brilliant novel before its release. OMG, I just LOVED this installment!!!!
