Flower” Anderson has lived her entire life on the sidelines of the Renegade

Not wanting to follow their footsteps, she chose a different path; one that
keeps her close to the biker family she loves, but out of the club.
Struggling to
keep it together, she never thought she would have anything of her own, until
she met Preach. He is everything she swore she didn't want in life. One night
of passion leads to unexpected consequences, and she knows, now more than ever,
it’s time to move forward.

“Loving
you tears me apart.” ~ Daisy
I’ve been
anxiously awaiting this book since I finished book one. When I first met Preach
and Daisy in book one, I was instantly drawn to them. There was something about
their relationship that was more than meets the eye. I honestly couldn’t wait
to read their story and I pounced at the opportunity as soon as this was
released. I purchased this at 11PM on a night in which I had to get up at 5AM
to get ready for work. That was a mistake. I stayed up until 2AM reading this
addictive story. No, I didn’t finish it, but once I got home, it was GAME ON!
This was so
fucking addictive!!…Sorry! Had to say it one more time.
“I don’t
fuckin’ date. I haven’t since I was in high school. You’re the first woman I
ever put on the back of my bike. You’re the first woman I ever took the time to
get to know. You’re the only woman I’ve ever loved. I want you remember that.
Remember that I love you more than anything.” ~ Preach
Preach is
hiding some serious demons. Two things turned his life upside down: Joining the
Renegade Sons MC and meeting Daisy. He first met her when she was weeks away
from turning seventeen. I’m not sure if their relationship qualifies as an insta-love,
but I guess people can see it that way. Anyway, being a daughter of a brother,
Daisy is part of the Renegade Sons MC family. Since she isn’t eighteen, Preach
had to wait to claim her. He wasn’t about to screw things up, or is he?
“Some
things can never be taken back.” ~ Daisy
I loved Daisy’s
character. She was so strong and so likeable that it was hard not to side with
her. Though some might see Preach’s actions as forgivable, I can easily see why
Daisy was so upset. Honestly, if it happened to me, I would’ve flipped out like
her. Plus to make matters worse is that Daisy’s parents aren’t exactly the best
examples of a loving relationship. She loves her father, though he’s constantly
downing the bottle, but her mother…OMG…that woman is one huge B-I-T-C-H.
Actually there really isn’t a word to accurately describe that woman. She was
constantly trying to screw up Daisy’s life. Ugh. I hated her so much. Anyway, I
digress.
Circumstances
arose that gave Daisy the opportunity to run away. For three years, these two
were apart. Did the time away rip them more apart or did they come to realize
the inevitable?
“If you
had been with someone else, it would have meant something to you. You would
never give your body to someone you don’t love. The thought of you loving
someone else would kill me.” ~ Preach
Preach has
become a hot, drunken, whoring mess. This is the reality that Daisy returns to
after being away. The feelings they have for each other have certainly
escalated, but both don’t have a hard time figuring out how to move forward.
Just when you think they’ve reached a point to where they can be together again,
something always happens to rip them apart…again. Page after page, I just
couldn’t wait for everything to fall into place.
“I can’t
take away those memories, but I can love you every day for the rest of my
life.” ~ Preach
My heart was in
pieces throughout reading this. These two loved each other so much, but there
was always something keeping them apart. It definitely kept me on my toes and I
honestly couldn’t stop reading until these two were together again. Let me just
say that when everything aligned, I was in pure bliss. These two deserved their
HEA.
This series has
become one of those go-to MC series for me. I cannot wait for the next
installment!
